Sun: Gentle Hatha Yoga at home & abs
Mon: Rest…oops. Had two exams this day so passed out around 10pm when I got home.
Tue: 3 mi, turbo kick, legs, and abs. Holy moly.
Wed: 3 mi with the puppy
Eager puppy and new shoes…who could say no to a run?
Thur: 1.75 to the gym, Body Pump, 1.75 back. Aye yi yi.
Fri: Reessssssst. Drove up to Carmel for Dave and Jo’s wedding (more on that later)
Sat: 8 gorgeous miles in Carmel!
Beach AND trail run? I love Carmel!
