Tue: Turbo Kick with Jen, abs, legs
Wed: Spooky Halloween 3 mi! Actually, not spooky at all. Rather sunny and beautiful. But I was ridiculously excited when I realized I had black and orange to wear.
Lilo is not impressed.

Thur: 2 mi to the gym, then BodyPump (Holy squat jumps, Batman)! Then 2 hours of dodgeball fun (lots of jumping and dancing…man I’m beat).
Pretty sunset run to the gym.
PS…as I was walking out the door to run to the gym, I said to myself “Round two” (as in, hopefully this run goes better than last week’s)…then “FIGHT!” automatically, a la Street Fighter.
Fri: Gentle Hatha Yoga at home
Sat: 8.3ish hilly miles with PV Runners.
Woo hoo! I know this isn’t a big deal to you “real runners” but this was my first “4-run” week. I’ve been running 3x a week for as long as I can remember…but with the LA Marathon looming it’s time to pump it up.
