Let’s go over the week’s workouts…shall we?
Sun: Nike Women’s Half-Marathon! (Recap to come…)
Tue: Supposed to do Turbo Kick with my favorite instructor…went to Olive Garden with friends instead. But did manage a short ab & legs workout.
Wed: 3 mi (in my new shoes!)
“There is no Lilo…only Zuul…”
Thur: Dodgeball & leg workout. We’re opening a new league in Carson, so we had a 2 hour “open gym”!
Sat: 6.7ish very hilly miles with PV Runners & abs
Sun: 45 minute at-home Hatha yoga & 3 mile leisurely bike ride…to Redondo Beach BrewCo and Yogurtland.
The blueberries are in the beer…?
Pretty awesome week if I do say so myself. After two weekends in a row of traveling it felt goooooood to take it easy. Not that I’m complaining about the traveling…bring it on!
